Our wireless dry suits are designed for comfort and performance, allowing for a dynamic workout range with your personal coach. You can also just go for a run with our dry suit or incporate it in your standard training (tennis, boxing, etc.) for better muscle activation.
The suit is washed any sanitized after each use - making it a perfectly hygienic sports gear.

MAKE A BOOKING
Contact us and book your training. Due to the wireless dry suits, the training can take place anywhere you prefer, at a gym, outdoors or at your home. It's ideal for everyone with a busy schedule.

Get Ready
Your private EMS coach arrives and will select the correct dry suit for you. He will adjust the electrical impulses based on your training target and fitness level. Different muscles can be adjusted individually.
That's the great thing about EMS - you can fully adjust to your needs!

TRAIN & FEEL RESULTS
Your trainer will guide you through some exercises. After approx. 20 minutes your muscles have had a full body workout, without you feeling exhausted. After about 5-10 sessions, the majority of people feel and see clear results.
