WHAT IS EMS TRAINING?

EMS - Electrical Muscle Stimulation is a scientifically proven high-intensity, low-impact training. Electrodes in special suits send electrical impulses to muscle groups, causing contractions simulating a full-body workout in 20 minutes. Used for strengthening, toning and rehabilitation.

Our Technology

We use modern wireless dry suits — hygienic, cable-free, train anywhere with your private coach. Maximum performance with no physical constraints.

BENEFITS

Whether you're a seasoned athlete, a complete beginner, or somewhere in between, EMS Training is designed to work for you.

Returning to fitness after a break? Dealing with muscle or joint issues that make traditional training difficult? EMS has you covered. The intensity and exercises are fully customisable to your individual needs and fitness level — so you always train smarter, not harder.

EMS effectively activates and strengthens your muscles while placing minimal stress on your joints, leaving you energised rather than exhausted.

More Strengths

Deep muscle-fibre activation: EMS Training reaches type II fibres effectively, in one 20-minutes training approx. 90% of muscle fibres are activated

GENTLES ON JOINTS AND BONES

EMS Training causes much less stress on the joints, which makes it the perfect method for elderly or people with injuries.

Time EFFICIENT

20 minutes EMS Training is as effective as minimum 2 hours of conventional high intensity training. 1-2 Trainings per week are sufficient.

Due to the dry-suit technology you can train anywhere you prefer, saving time in commuting.

BODY COMPOSITION & FAT METABOLISM

EMS supports fat loss and muscle gain, strengthens the body, reduces cellulite and boosts the immune system.

IMPROVED POSTURE

The training activates stabilzing core and back muscles efficiently.

EMS Training is safe and low-risk for most people — however, it may not be suitable for those with conditions such as a pacemaker, pregnancy, or serious cardiovascular issues. When in doubt, consult your doctor before your first session.
